New online casinos open to Icelandic players, with each brand's domain age, licence date and operator checked in October 2026, plus the risks of new sites.

Disclosure We may earn a commission if you use our links. It never changes our ratings or the order of a list. Editorial policy
The newest online casino open to players in Iceland on our list is Trixino: its main domain was registered in March 2026, and the licence its operator holds was issued in June 2026. The other seven brands we list are one to two years old, several of them under a new operator or on new domains in 2025 and 2026. None of them, new or old, holds an Icelandic licence, because Iceland does not issue licences for online casinos. Below we show exactly how new each one is, what changes when a casino is new, and what to check before you deposit.
Our list of new casinos accepting Icelanders
All eight accept signups from Iceland, run euro accounts with an English interface, and are licensed in Anjouan (Union of the Comoros). The list is in our usual order, which puts the lowest wagering labels first; the table under it sorts them by age.

How new is “new”? Domain and licence dates
Casino sites rarely publish a launch date, so we used two things you can check yourself: when the brand’s main domain was first registered (public WHOIS or RDAP records), and when the operator’s current Anjouan licence started (the Anjouan licence register). A domain can be registered months before a casino goes live, so treat the domain date as “no older than”, not as the launch day.
| Casino | Main domain | Domain registered | Operator | Current Anjouan licence |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Trixino | trixino.com | 4 March 2026 | Exceptiosoft LTD (Cyprus) | ALSI-202606020-FI1, valid 12 June 2026 to 11 June 2027 |
| Aphrodite Casino | aphrodite.casino | 18 August 2025 | Softon Ltd (Cyprus) | ALSI-202409012-FI1, valid 7 September 2024 to 6 September 2027 |
| Wildzy | wildzy.io | 15 May 2025 | Exceptiosoft LTD (formerly Rabocse SRL) | Anjouan; the number for the current domain is still being confirmed on the register |
| Wino Casino | wino.casino | 1 April 2025 | Softon Ltd | ALSI-202409012-FI1 |
| Kingdom Casino | kingdomcasino.io | 27 March 2025 | Softon Ltd | ALSI-202409012-FI1 |
| Smash Casino | smash.casino | 28 August 2024 | Softon Ltd | ALSI-202409012-FI1 |
| Lucki Casino | lucki.casino | 27 August 2024 | Exceptiosoft LTD (formerly Rabocse SRL) | ALSI-202606020-FI1 |
| Slottio | slottio.io | 27 August 2024 | Exceptiosoft LTD (formerly Rabocse SRL) | ALSI-202606020-FI1 |
Two patterns stand out. First, three established brands (Wildzy, Lucki Casino and Slottio) now run under Exceptiosoft LTD, whose Anjouan licence started in June 2026, so their operator is newer than the brand. Second, most of these casinos serve players from numbered mirror domains: Trixino from trixino3.com, Wildzy from wildzy7.io, Aphrodite from aphrodite27.casino and so on. The brand stays the same; only the address changes. Our links always point to the address the operator uses today.
What a new casino offers that older ones often do not
New brands compete for players, and the most visible way they do it is the size of the welcome package. All eight casinos here spread a match bonus across several deposits rather than one, which lets them show large totals:
| Casino | Slots package | Deposits | First deposit | Wagering label |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Trixino | 777% up to €7,777 (about 1.07m kr.) | 6 | 200% up to €500 | 7x |
| Wildzy | 600% up to €10,000 (about 1.37m kr.) | 4 | 200% up to €1,000 | 10x |
| Lucki Casino | 450% up to €5,000 (about 685,000 kr.) | 3 | 200% up to €500 | 25x |
| Slottio | 450% up to €3,500 (about 480,000 kr.) | 3 | 200% up to €500 | 25x |
| Smash Casino | 600% up to €10,000 (about 1.37m kr.) | 5 | 200% up to €500 | 10x |
| Kingdom Casino | 600% up to €9,500 (about 1.3m kr.) | 4 | 200% up to €500 | 10x |
| Aphrodite Casino | 700% up to €7,000 (about 959,000 kr.) | 5 | 200% up to €500 | 25x |
| Wino Casino | 600% up to €10,000 (about 1.37m kr.) | 5 | 200% up to €500 | 25x |
The percentage is the sum of the match rates across all deposits, so “777%” does not mean your first deposit is multiplied by 7.77. At Trixino the first step is 200% up to €500: deposit €100 (13,700 kr.) and you get a €200 bonus. What you would need to bet to clear it depends on whether the 7x applies to the bonus alone (€1,400) or to deposit plus bonus (€2,100); the promotions page does not say. None of these brands offers a no-deposit bonus or free spins in its welcome package, which is worth knowing because many “new casino” lists promise both. Our no deposit bonus page explains the alternatives honestly.
Several brands also run separate live-casino and sports packages. Trixino offers a live package of 300% up to €1,750 and a sports package of 325% up to €1,500; Smash has a live package of 300% up to €2,250. See the live casino guide for those.
After the welcome bonus: weekly reloads
A welcome package is used once. What keeps a new casino worth using is the weekly offer, and here the brands differ more than their headlines suggest. These are the regular slot or live reloads shown on the promotions pages on 8 October 2026:
| Casino | Recurring offer | Wagering label |
|---|---|---|
| Wildzy | Monday, Wednesday and Friday reloads of 100%, 150% and 200%, up to €1,000 each | 10x |
| Kingdom Casino | Monday, Wednesday and Friday reloads up to €1,000 each | 10x |
| Lucki Casino | Monday, Wednesday and Friday slot reloads up to €2,500 each | see the bonus terms in the cashier |
| Wino Casino | Weekly slot reloads on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, up to €1,500 | see the bonus terms in the cashier |
| Slottio | Live-casino reloads on Wednesday (100% up to €750) and Saturday (100% up to €1,000) | see the bonus terms in the cashier |
Reloads are only good value if you would deposit anyway. A 200% Friday reload on a €50 deposit (6,850 kr.) adds €100 of bonus money, but at 10x on the bonus that is €1,000 of bets before you can withdraw it. Our casino bonus guide shows how to judge that in krónur.
New brand or established brand: a quick comparison
| Point | Newer brand (2025 to 2026) | Older brand (2024) |
|---|---|---|
| Track record | Few months of player reports | A year or more of reports and complaint history |
| Bonus size | Often larger headline totals | Similar on this platform; the eight share one template |
| Terms | Same shared terms dated 2 July 2026 | Same shared terms dated 2 July 2026 |
| Domain | Fewer mirror changes so far | Usually several numbered mirrors |
| Iceland access | Open, euro accounts, English | Open, euro accounts, English |
Because these brands share one platform and one set of terms, “new” mostly changes the brand name, the welcome numbers and the amount of history you can read about. The withdrawal limits and the rules for bonuses are the same at all eight.
What happens if a casino changes domain or operator?
When a brand moves to a numbered mirror, your login and balance move with it, because the account lives on the platform, not on the web address. If you cannot reach a site, check the operator’s support email rather than searching for a new address, which is where fake copies catch people out. An operator change is different: the company you have a contract with changes, and the terms in force at the time of each bet are the ones that apply. If that happens while you hold a balance, withdraw what you can and read the new terms before depositing again.
The risks of a new casino
A new site has less track record. That does not make it worse, but it means you have less evidence. Here is what we weigh:
- Licence strength. Anjouan licences are offshore licences with limited player recourse. The Anjouan authority does not handle complaints directly: you complain through the site’s licence seal, the operator has 30 days to respond (14 days for disputes about game outcomes), and after that an alternative dispute resolution body paid by the operator takes it up.
- Who runs it. Check the operator named in the terms and on the licence register, not just the brand. Several brands on our list moved from one company to another within the same group in 2026.
- Regulator history elsewhere. Sweden’s gambling regulator, Spelinspektionen, banned Softon Ltd from offering games to Swedish players on 9 July 2026 (decision 26Si1361, which names Aphrodite, Kingdom, Smash and Wino among others), and banned Rabocse SRL on 18 August 2025 (25Si1093, naming wildzy.io and slottio.com). Those decisions apply to Sweden, not Iceland, and Iceland has no gambling regulator or blocklist of its own. We mention them because they tell you how the operators have dealt with licensed markets.
- Withdrawal rules. All eight share one set of terms: a €100 minimum withdrawal (13,700 kr.), €1,000 a day, €10,000 a month, identity checks on the first withdrawal, and a rule that your deposit must be wagered at least once before you can withdraw it.
- Mirror domains. Numbered domains make it easy for copycat sites to look real. Use links you trust and check that the domain in your browser matches the operator’s current address.
Checklist: vetting a new casino in ten minutes
- Find the operator name and licence number in the footer or terms. If neither is shown, look the domain up on the regulator’s register.
- Look the licence up on the regulator’s own register. For Anjouan, validate the seal on the site (a bare-domain lookup on the register can say “invalid” even for a licensed site).
- Read the restricted-countries clause. Iceland is not on the restricted list at any of our eight brands; the shared clause excludes the USA, the UK, France, Germany, Sweden and several others.
- Check the account currency. If there is no ISK, plan for card currency fees of 2.30% to 2.70% at Icelandic banks.
- Read the bonus wagering label and whether it applies to bonus or deposit plus bonus. If unclear, ask live chat and screenshot the answer.
- Note the withdrawal minimum and caps.
- Search the brand name with “complaint” to see how disputes have gone.
- Set a deposit limit in your account before you play.
New casinos and the law in Iceland
A new casino is in exactly the same legal position as an old one: Iceland has no licence for online casinos, and money gambling is allowed only under special acts held by six domestic operators (Íslensk getspá, Íslenskar getraunir, Happdrætti Háskóla Íslands, Happdrætti DAS, Happdrætti SÍBS and Íslandsspil). The casinos we list are licensed abroad and not licensed in Iceland. No law makes playing a crime for the player, and in practice players are not prosecuted; the Lotteries Act (lög nr. 38/2005, 11. gr.) restricts advertising and promoting unlicensed gambling instead. No reform is on the parliament’s agenda for the 2026 to 2027 session. Winnings from foreign commercial casinos are taxable income in Iceland. Our guide to the law has the sources.
Payments at new casinos for Icelandic players
Icelandic payment apps do not reach these sites: there is no Aur, Netgíró, Pei or Kass in any cashier, and no Apple Pay. All eight take Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay and Revolut. Wildzy and the four Softon brands also take crypto, American Express, Giropay and Sofort. Because every account is in euros, our guide to euro casinos and bank currency fees is worth reading before your first deposit, and the crypto casino page covers coin deposits.
Games at the newest sites
New brands usually launch on an existing platform, so their lobbies are full from day one. The Softon brands link around 52 to 53 slot studios in their game filter, including Play’n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, Playtech, Microgaming, Novomatic, EGT, BGaming and Spribe, and every brand on our list links 12 live-casino studios. There is no Icelandic-language game interface anywhere. Our online slots guide explains RTP and volatility, which matter more than a site’s age.
How often this list changes
We re-check offers and terms when a brand changes its promotions, moves to a new operator or picks up a regulator decision, and at least monthly. When a brand drops off, we say why. If a casino stops accepting Icelanders, it leaves the list the same day we find out.
Play safely
New sites often push bigger bonuses and more deposits. Gambling is 18+ only. If you want to talk to someone, SÁÁ runs a free gambling-addiction programme (530-7600, [email protected]), the Red Cross helpline 1717 is open 24/7 and GA Iceland answers on 698-3888. More tools are on our responsible gambling page.
How we checked this page
Domain registration dates come from public WHOIS and RDAP records queried on 8 October 2026. Licence numbers and validity dates come from the Anjouan licence register and the operators’ site configuration. Offers come from each operator’s promotions page on 8 October 2026, and the withdrawal and bonus rules from the shared general terms dated 2 July 2026. Regulator actions come from Spelinspektionen’s published decisions. Iceland signup, currency and language were checked in the operators’ own country configuration.

Frequently asked questions
What is the newest online casino accepting players from Iceland?
On our list it is Trixino. Its main domain was registered on 4 March 2026 and its operator, Exceptiosoft LTD, holds Anjouan licence ALSI-202606020-FI1, valid from 12 June 2026. It also has the lowest wagering label we list, 7x.
Are new online casinos legal in Iceland?
Iceland has no licence for online casinos, new or old. The casinos we list are licensed in Anjouan and are not licensed in Iceland. Players are not prosecuted in practice, but the Lotteries Act restricts promoting unlicensed gambling.
Do new casinos give no-deposit bonuses to Icelanders?
None of the eight casinos we list offers a no-deposit bonus or free spins in its welcome package as of October 2026. Their offers are multi-deposit match bonuses with wagering labels from 7x to 25x.
Can I play at a new casino in Icelandic krónur?
No. All eight run euro accounts only and have an English interface. Your Icelandic bank adds a 2.30% to 2.70% premium to card payments in euros.
How do I know a new casino is not a fake copy?
Check the operator name and licence on the regulator’s register, validate the licence seal on the site, and compare the domain with the operator’s current address. Many brands use numbered mirror domains, which copycats imitate.
Why do new casinos change domains?
Several brands on our list serve players from numbered mirror domains, such as trixino3.com or wildzy7.io. The brand and account stay the same. Use the link we provide or the address the operator confirms in its own emails.
