The law that applies

We process personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), which has the force of law in Iceland through lög um persónuvernd og vinnslu persónuupplýsinga nr. 90/2018 (article 2). Iceland’s supervisory authority is Persónuvernd.

We do not ask for your name, ID number or payment details, and we do not sell personal data.

When you click a link to a casino in our lists, you leave our site. The casino receives a referral code so it can attribute your visit to us, and from then on the casino’s own privacy policy applies to anything you give it. We do not receive your account details from the casino.

Who else sees data

Our hosting and analytics providers process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements. If a provider is outside the EEA, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Server logs are kept for a limited period for security, normally no longer than 90 days. Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your message and any follow-up. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

Your rights

Under GDPR articles 15 to 22 you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
