Kingdom Casino gives players in Iceland a four-step slots package of 600% up to €9,500 with 10x wagering, plus three reloads a week, and Iceland is switched on in its country settings. It is a close sister of Smash Casino, with the same operator, the same withdrawal caps and the same lack of transparency about who runs it. A name shared with several unrelated casinos adds a practical risk. Our score: 3.2 out of 5.

According to the Anjouan licence register, Kingdom Casino belongs to Softon Ltd of Cyprus and is covered by licence ALSI-202409012-FI1. There is no Icelandic online casino licence, so Kingdom has none in Iceland. Players here are not prosecuted for using foreign casinos, but winnings are taxable income. 18+.

The case for and against

In its favour

  • 10x wagering across all four slots deposits and the weekly reloads.
  • The last step is a 200% match, so the final €3,000 of bonus needs only €1,500 in deposits.
  • Iceland is active in the operator’s country settings.
  • Sports reloads with a 7x requirement for bettors.
  • Live chat advertised around the clock.

Against it

  • Sweden’s regulator used kingdomcasino.io as one of two evidence sites when it banned Softon Ltd in July 2026.
  • No company name or licence number on the site.
  • Our zone-5 reading could not confirm that the site recognised the visitor’s location, so the Iceland offer is likely, not certain.
  • Euro wallet, English menus, €10,000 monthly withdrawal ceiling.
  • Several unrelated casinos use the Kingdom name, which makes lookalike sites easy to stumble on.

Registering from Iceland

Kingdom’s pages carry the operator’s country table. Iceland is listed as active in zone 5, the group of European countries outside the EU, with dial code +354 and no currency or language assigned. With nothing assigned, the account falls back to euros and the interface to English. The site advertises Australian, Canadian and New Zealand dollars and Polish złoty for other countries, which is no help here. Clause 3.1.2 of the general terms (2 July 2026) restricts the USA, the UK, Australia, Sweden and eight other jurisdictions, not Iceland.

Identity checks come before the first payout rather than at sign-up (clause 6.1), and a withdrawal can be refused if a deposit was not wagered at least once (clause 6.5). Upload clear copies of your ID and a recent proof of address early to avoid a delay when you first cash out.

What the welcome package is worth

We read the promotions page on 8 October 2026 from a zone-5 connection. The page loaded without scripts and showed no country-specific detail such as a pre-filled phone code, so we cannot prove the site treated the visit as zone 5. The offer was identical to the EU one, and on sister sites the two zones matched, so a different Icelandic offer is unlikely. It can still vary by country.

Deposit Match Max bonus Deposit for max bonus Max bonus in kr.
1 200% €500 €250 68,500 kr.
2 100% €2,000 €2,000 274,000 kr.
3 100% €4,000 €4,000 548,000 kr.
4 200% €3,000 €1,500 411,000 kr.

Total deposits for the whole €9,500 come to €7,750, about 1,061,750 kr. at 137.0 kr. per euro (central bank mid rate, 8 October 2026). That ratio is better than Smash’s, where the full bonus costs more in deposits than it pays.

Two wagering examples

On the first step, €250 (34,250 kr.) brings a €500 bonus. Wagering 10x on the bonus means €5,000 of bets (685,000 kr.); on deposit plus bonus, €7,500 (1,027,500 kr.). On the fourth step, €1,500 (205,500 kr.) brings €3,000, and 10x on the bonus means €30,000 of play, about 4.11m kr. That last figure shows why big packages are only for high-volume players even at a light multiplier. The promotions page labels the requirement “Wager: 10x” without stating the basis, so check with support.

Unless an offer says otherwise, winnings from a deposit bonus are capped at 25 times the bonus amount (clause 7.10 of the general terms; the lower 10x cap in clause 7.8 is for no-deposit bonuses), and only one bonus can be active at a time. There are no free spins in the package and no no-deposit bonus; see our free spins guide for why that is normal on this platform.

Weekly reloads and sports

Kingdom runs reloads on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, each up to €1,000 (137,000 kr.) at 10x. Sports bettors get their own reloads with a 7x requirement, and sports bonuses on this platform need minimum odds of 1.80. As with every bonus, a reload is only worth taking if you planned to deposit anyway. Read more on bonus types in our casino bonus guide.

Paying with Icelandic cards

Visa, Mastercard and Amex lead the cashier, followed by Google Pay, Revolut, Giropay, Sofort and crypto. Icelandic methods (Aur, Netgíró, Pei, króna bank transfers) are not available. Because the account is in euros, your bank converts each payment and normally adds a fee: Landsbankinn’s price list of 23 April 2026 charges 2.30% over the Visa wholesale rate on foreign-currency card payments. A €1,500 deposit, 205,500 kr. at mid rate, would carry a premium of about 4,730 kr. We did not check the fees at Arion banki or Íslandsbanki.

Revolut users holding euros skip that conversion. If you use a credit card, check whether your bank treats casino payments as cash advances. For deposits in crypto, read our crypto casino guide first, and for a wider look at currency costs see the euro casinos page.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal rules sit in clause 6.13: €100 (13,700 kr.) minimum, €1,000 (137,000 kr.) per day, €10,000 (1,370,000 kr.) per month. A full €9,500 bonus that converted into, say, €20,000 of winnings would take two months to withdraw. No processing time is given, and we did not test a payout.

Operator, licence and the Kingdom name

The Anjouan register shows Softon Ltd (HE 463977, Kaimakli, Nicosia, Cyprus) holding licence ALSI-202409012-FI1 from 7 September 2024 to 6 September 2027, with kingdomcasino.io among its domains. The site itself does not show this; the terms say only that “the Company is licensed”. In October 2026 the casino answered on kingdomcasino6.io, one of its numbered mirrors.

Sweden’s regulator banned Softon Ltd on 9 July 2026 (case 26Si1361), and kingdomcasino.io was one of the two sites it used as evidence. Australia’s media regulator separately issued Softon a formal warning over two other brands. Iceland has no gambling regulator and no blocklist, so these decisions change nothing for Icelandic accounts, but they inform our score.

The name needs care. A Kingdom Casino profile on Casino Guru belongs to a different company with a Curaçao licence, and kingdomcasino.com has been on the Czech blocklist since 2021, years before Softon Ltd was registered; both look like unrelated namesakes. Use our link or type kingdomcasino.io rather than searching for the name.

Games

The slot catalogue draws on Play’n GO, Hacksaw, Relax Gaming, ELK, Quickspin, Habanero, Playtech, Microgaming, Novomatic, BGaming and others, with Spribe for crash games, alongside a live casino and a sportsbook. No total game count is published. Our slots page has tips on choosing games.

Law and tax for Icelandic residents

Only six Icelandic bodies, Íslensk getspá and Happdrætti Háskóla Íslands among them, may run money games, each under its own act, and none offers online casino games. Lög um happdrætti nr. 38/2005 makes running or promoting unlicensed games an offence, not playing them, and no player has been prosecuted. Winnings from foreign commercial casinos are taxable income in Iceland. Details are in our Iceland gambling law guide.

Our verdict

Kingdom Casino is a solid choice for Icelandic slots players who value light wagering and regular reloads, and its package costs less in deposits than Smash’s for a similar bonus. Its weak points are shared with every Softon brand: an operator that hides behind “the Company”, a ban in Sweden and euro-only, English-only accounts with a €10,000 monthly cash-out cap. The confusing name adds a practical risk, so always check the domain. Compare it with Smash Casino or the Exceptiosoft brands in our casino reviews, and read our online casino guide for Iceland for the wider picture.

How we checked this page

On 8 October 2026 we fetched Kingdom Casino’s promotions page from a zone-5 connection, read its general terms (dated 2 July 2026), and extracted the Iceland row from the operator’s country table. We confirmed the licence holder, number and dates on the Anjouan register, read Spelinspektionen’s decision 26Si1361, and checked the Czech blocklist entry for kingdomcasino.com. Krónur figures use the Central Bank of Iceland mid rate of 137.0 kr. per euro (8 October 2026); the card premium is from Landsbankinn’s 23 April 2026 price list. Helga Björnsdóttir reviewed the legal and tax statements. We did not deposit or withdraw real money.

Casino reviews, bonuses and games

Gunnar writes Iceland Casino's English casino reviews and bonus guides, and the pages on games such as slots and live casino. He starts every review with the casino's own terms rather than its promotion banner, and works out what a bonus costs to clear in euros and krónur before he calls it good value. He records the date he saw each offer, flags withdrawal caps and maximum-bet rules, and points out what a casino does not offer Icelandic players, such as ISK accounts. Every page he writes is checked by a second editor.
